B&G Foods is a holding company. The company manufactures, sells and distributes a portfolio of shelf-stable and frozen foods across the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Back to Nature Foods Company LLC was formed as a joint venture in 2012 by private equity firm Brynwood Partners Management LLC and Mondelēz International Inc, whereby Brynwood acquired operating control while Mondelēz retained a minority position.
