Timeline

We are entrepreneurs and managers. We created our own business in 1991, successfully grew it as an independent company, and sold it to a global investment bank in 1997. We continued to develop it and in April 2001 we reacquired it in a management buy-out.ref

  • Dec.2012: Phoenix Equity Partners has led a management buy-in at Abbey Hospitals in what is the third private equity-backed healthcare investment this month.ref, ref, ref
