  • 50.2%: Snacks: biscuits, pastries, cereal bars, waffles, etc. sold under the Kellogg's, Keebler, Cheez-It, Murray, Austin and Famous Amos brands;
  • 38.4%: Cereals: primarily Kellogg's brand;
  • 11.4%: Frozen products.

  • Jul.2019: Ferrero SpA bought some selected operations from Kellogg's North America snacking business: Mother's Cookies, Famous Amos, Murray's, Keebler, and Little Brownie Bakers.ref,ref,ref,ref
  • Dec.2008: Mother's Cookies was acquired from the bankruptcy court after an accounting scandal, and re-launched in May.2009.
  • 1906: Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company was founded by brothers John Harvey Kellogg and Will Keith Kellogg.
