Kellogg is an American multinational producer and marketer of cereals and convenience foods. Products are sold in the USA (50.4%), North America (13.7%), Europe (17.7%), Latin America (11.2%) and Asia/Pacific (7%). Sales break down by product family as follows:
- 50.2%: Snacks: biscuits, pastries, cereal bars, waffles, etc. sold under the Kellogg's, Keebler, Cheez-It, Murray, Austin and Famous Amos brands;

- Dec.2008: Mother's Cookies was acquired from the bankruptcy court after an accounting scandal, and re-launched in May.2009.
