Usage

Template for references and citations. It has three "modes": news, ref, book.
Possible parameters for 'news' and 'ref' are:

|mode       - one of: [ news | ref ]
|date       - publication date
|url        - (optional) If not supplied, the plain title is used
|title      - title of the article
|quote      - (optional) article text
|website    - the name of the website
|name       - name of the author
|archurl    - (optional) archive.org's full url
|archdate   - (optional) date the article was archived
|accessdate - (optional) date the article was accessed
|subs       - (optional) to denote a pay-for article
|free       - (optional) to denote an open-access article

Note (Dec.2020): A second 'ref' parameter, 'ref2', has been introduced, to cut down on 'noise' in the text. To use, send only the wayback part in archurl:

Useful when collecting together articles for a new page. Having the date first makes it very easy to see.
