Osaka Gas is a Japanese gas company. Domestically, it sells gas, LPG, and gas appliances, and supplies electricity. Osaka Gas is also engaged in global upstream, midstream and downstream oil and natural gas projects, including leasing LNG tankers, LNG terminals, pipelines and independent power projects. The company accounts for ~25% of the entire natural gas supply market in Japan.ref

Osaka Gas UK Ltd

Osaka Gas UK is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Osaka Gas Company Ltd. It was established in 2010 to expand its business in European, Middle Eastern and the Atlantic markets, especially in the energy sector. OGUK has stakeholdings in a water supply company in the UK; an LNG regasification terminal in Spain; water and power production plants in the UAE; and a gas distribution company in Italy. ref

Sutton and East Surrey Water plc

SES Water is a water supply company which supplies water to ~286,000 households and businesses in the south-east of London. SES Water is engaged in the entire range of water concession services, including the maintenance and operation of water treatment plants, pipelines and other business assets, capital investment and customer services such as billing and cash collection. ref
